- What does Todoko mean?
- Todoko comes from the word "To-do" and "ko", and it means "small To-do list". It was initially designed to be a simple tool for us to use internally. However, over the years, we've grown this little to-do list into a mange-all application that we use daily for all our projects and clients.
- Why should I use your project software instead of others?
- Our project software is unlike others, it is niche oriented and is specifically designed for consultants or a group of individuals working in various locations. We have the capability for you to:
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Manage multiple resources at various locations
- Manage and keep track of billing hours and job costs
- Manage projects with various phases, timelines, and ongoing tasks such as maintenance
- Keep track of each task and add detailed notes, links, file to them every step of the way

- How much does it cost?
- Free for most users with up to three (03) projects. You get the "full application" so you can sign up and try it out before you subscribe. You only need to subscribe if you need more than three (03) projects, or more than the allocated storage, otherwise it's free! View our Pricing section for details.
- Is my project secure?
- Yes, other than your account information, we do not have access to your project or any of your files without your consent. All projects are served through our secure server with SSL encryption for both free and subscription customers. This is because we value security as much as you do.
- What happens if I decide to cancel?
- Gosh, we hope not! If you decide to cancel, we will retain your projects for at least 30 days on the server in case you decide to return. If you would like us to delete your projects immediately just inform us during your cancellation process and we will remove all the records within 24 hours.
